No one will leave my place dissatisfied because we will always do our best and if that is not good enough I will refund your money AND buy your next meal at a restaurant of your choice. Just remember that I can fix any problem with your service, Facebook and Yelp can't. I am the CEO and "the buck stops with me."

Planet Perk is just a good place to BE!!! The environment is relaxing, cozy and welcoming. I am always greeted by someone with a smile and a friendly Hello. The food and coffee and tea are good quality, yummy and always leave me wanting more next time.

Very kind staff and a nice location. They are redoing the interior, the extra space is very welcome as it used to feel like you were on top of each other when it got busy. Would be five stars except for the fact that the coffee always seems cool unless you get it once it immediately is brewed. Not sure why that is.

Love going to planet perk, I'm usually there a couple times a week, love the teas and coffee. The soups are also wonderful. Great customer service, they are always very helpful.
Disappointed. The service was painfully slow. I thought that the sandwich was overpriced for the very small not filling meal that I received. They charged me extra for spinach. Also the coffee would have been good if it wasn't for it being freezing cold because it was near the end and clearly sitting out all day .. overpriced. Bad service. Wouldn't go back.
