Planet Organics Saves the Day – Wow, I wish I heard about Planet Organics earlier. Their delivered boxes of fruit and veggies, and other goodies, save me so much time. I am a single working mom, and I am so thankful that I don't have to go to the supermarket every week anymore. My monthly box of food from PO saves me so much time. Planet Organics – Greatest in the bay area for selection, quality, good price, and customer service. This is the best natural, organic food delivery service in the bay area. Free delivery. They carry groceries and fresh prepared food also (like The Unbaked Bakery--ooh, so yummy!). I get my delivery every week and now eat healthy and have lost 12 lbs due to eating so many fresh vegetables.
Free Home Delivery – I really dig Planet Organics. They save me time, and I like shopping online. The selection is wide and quite high quality. I really love the Kombucha, because I have trouble finding those drinks elsewhere. They are cheaper than other healthy stores. The delivery guy who comes to my house is hilarious. I've had several conversations with him, and he cracks me up. I shop on the planet organics website about once or twice a month.
great service and variety – I've tried several of the home delivery services in the Bay Area and Planet Organics is the best. With two small children, I buy a wide variety of foods, diapers, etc. Planet has the largest variety of organic produce, plus fresh meat, poultry, fish and chicken and household basics. The other guys have much less or none at all. If I ever have a problem with my order, their customer service folks deal with it quickly and without a hassle. And I don't have to go to the store!
Poor quality, worse customer service – I was with Planet Organics for over 2 years, and saw the produce quality and value get worse as they tried to offer more groceries. I went on an extended vacation, so put my account on hold. When I returned, I started up again; out of the first four deliveries made upon my return, 3 of them had issues that required my account to be credited.
