I’ve been a customer at this nail salon for months, but after today I will not return. I scheduled a builder gel refill and a pedicure, requesting a specific nail tech. My pedicure started on time, but 30 minutes later (at 5:30pm) I asked about the refill that was booked for 5:00pm. The receptionist, who made the appointment, was rude and dismissive when I pointed out that I should have been notified the tech would be late. I have only been going to this place a short period of time but I have had a great experience so far. Actually I came to know about this location because of Sandy. She is the reason I go there because a highly talented nail artist is very hard to find.
