On my first visit the nail tech was very friendly kind and took care of my ingrown and let me tell you it was bad but she made it feel painless fast forward to my second visit another nail tech said she was a expert and my ingrown was bad I told her no it was not I was just hear 2 weeks ago I’m just trying to upkeep the maintenance so it don’t become painful she was insisting I do the delux package and up charge I explain to her and the owner nothing had changed then the owner didn’t say anything I agreed to finish the job b... read more
I have to say I have been coming here for years and today was the worst service ever I brought my daughter to get a pedicure and after several times of telling the lady working she only wanted the classic pedicure, she was harassed to try to get the volcano pedicure then the deluxe then to get French tips then to get a manicure then eyebrows then charged 5 dollars for a ingrown toenail. Unfortunately today will be my last time here. The guy that was here had amazing customer service 10 🌟. Some employees are the same but this 1 lady is new and rude. While I am talking to my tech she kept joining the conversation talking in their language. What the he'll was she saying lord knows but she sounded mad. I stopped going to alot of shops near the are because they are normally very pushing for you to get other services that you did not ask for and when you tell them NO something is said among them. Very dissatisfied with these nails they look cheaply done. The service felt rushed. I usually go here and am very disappointed at how the service is going down. 🥺 They don't even match. I'm so embarrassed to show these.
Such a beautiful peaceful place. I had not wait time to get a pedicure on a Saturday. Was given a nice caramel iced coffee, which was amazing 🤩 Sally did an amazing job for my pedi. Will definitely be back for more services🤩
