Horrible service, rushed through and didn’t even give me what I asked for, nails are uneven lengths and thickness.

I was in town visiting Gaffney for the first time. Eagerly in need of a Pedicure and Acrylic set. I came across Planet Nails in a google search and the experience was great! Karen had exceptional customer service and was very friendly and prompt! I will definitely be coming back a 2nd time if i’m in town!
I stopped in for the first time. Needed a pedi she said I needed to make an appointment and then turned her back to me not offering to make one. So that lack of customer service sealed for me. I will continue to drive to Gastonia to get my nails done!
