I had a wonderful experience here! Got a new acrylic set and gel pedicure done in less than 2 hours - still of great quality :) Wendy is very quick, friendly, and knows exactly what she’s doing! 10/10 recommend this place!
We felt so rushed. Their was 3 of us they came in. It was the worse sevvice I have ever had. We will never go back. My mom came up from the states and I treaked her and her and my sisters nails polish broke off in less than 3 days.
My experience at this nail salon was quite disappointing due to the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. When I called to book a pedicure, the receptionist was abrupt and dismissive. Despite my flexibility, she repeatedly hung up on me when I couldn't commit to a specific time immediately. Came into town for the weekend, and found this amazing ma and pop nail salon. I've traveled through Europe and other parts of the world, and by far...the quality of care and detail are quite superior! The massage alone, I would make another trip to Merrit for! 5 stars for the quality of service! Highly recommend if you are in town.
Wendy always takes such wonderful care of me and my nails are so beautiful every time and Tony is a wizard for pedicures and manicures. They’re both so professional and welcoming. My favourite way to treat myself is to enjoy they’re services.
