Jim has been wonderful to me and my mother and we have bought and leased several Lincoln's  My mom is 87 and Jim and Joe have treated her so well with any problems she has ever had with her car I have been to several other Lincoln Dealerships before my mother recommended Jim and Jack Demmer  The service has been exceptional Jim and Joe have gone above and beyond  any other dealership  I wouldn't think of going to any other Lincoln dealershio and am so glad I took my mothers suggestion

I came into the dealership, and I wasn't sure what I wanted. Chris McCabe helped me through the process, and I ended up with a Lincoln Aviator. The process was very smooth, and I strongly recommend anyone who needs a new car to come to this dealership.

The person that I delt with Dan was rude and not caring enough about helping me He response to me was when you are ready I will be in my office  I have never be treated so poorly at a dealership  This is a reflection on the top management

Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful.  Although while sitting in the lounge waiting, you have to listen to a door constantly slamming.  Extremely irritating - I mean. How much would it cost to add a rubber bumper it similar.

Nick Mayer Mayfield allowed me to return my car without following up on the disposition fee at lease return. I handed the keys off and they told me I was good to go. A year later the balance went to collections and a charge off was assessed to my credit. My investigation showed both the dealership and finance department did not have my correct email, address, or phone number to contact me about the balance. I had the pleasure of coming in from the Charlotte. NC area to Bob Boyd Lincoln in Columbus to purchase my new 2024 Lincoln Navigator Black Label in Chroma Crystal Blue Metallic. Bought a new Aviator at Hennessey Lincoln. What a fantastic experience! Chase was our salesman and he took the time to explain everything about the car and made the process quick and easy! Andrew was the sales manager, and he was awesome, and only made the experience better!!
