Dr. Planet was pleasant and knowledgeable. Staff were professional and polite. Short wait time in the reception area. The actual appointment was non rushed.
Additional info:: they charge for a missed appointment even when it was an emergency. They only take CASH. Pretty sketchy... Been trying to book an appointment for follow up for 2 months. All I get is answering machine, and either no return call or a message to call them back. Likely overwhelmed with demand and/or competent staffing issues. Too bad that is the state of Healthcare in Canada...
Worst care and awful bed side manner
I should have read the reviews before booking with this dude. You can tell he views people as dollar signs. It’s unfortunate that our society seems to reward some of the most heartless individuals by putting them in positions of power. If caring for people isn’t in your best interests, then perhaps don’t pursue a career that requires compassion. There’s always finance.
