RACISTS! Even against a VET! If I could give negative stars, I would. I don't know what kind of Mickey Mouse operation they are running over there but both the salesman AND the GENERAL MANAGER made racial comments against me. Worst service department I ever experienced. Called service department about 10 minutes away and asked if there would be a wait for oil change and light bulb replacement. They said come on by and I'll get in and out. I pull in the service door, said I just called about the oil change and the guys says OK. Tries selling me a service inspection for my brand new 8k miles car. I said no, he continues to check me in the computer and then after 10 minutes says it is going to be 1.5 hours because they are packed. WTF? I can't belie... read more
Planet Honda sold my daughter a used 2007 Honda Accord with 33k miles. It has had 3 major issues and engine blew at 66k. First issue was damaged wheel rims discovered when she bought new tires. Also rear end was out of alignment. Second was a documented quality issue which Honda has repaired free of charge where spark plug comes loose, stripping threads and damaging coil pack. Local Honda Dealer dropped spark plug tip in upper cylinder, damaging engine, which threw a connecting rod bearing at 66k. Car now needs new engine. P... read more
