Kluane is the best. She’s been my advisor on several visits and imo she needs to be promoted as one of the supervisors there. She goes above and beyond my expectations each and every time. She very professional respectful and very knowledgeable.
Scam Artists. Brought the car in for an issue and they told me I needed to replace the transmission for $12k. Took the car to 2 other mechanics who said the transmission is fine, just needs the fluid replaced ($250). Do not go here even while the car is under warranty, they will find a way to avoid warranty work. My next Honda will be bought elsewhere.
So apparently my two free oil changes that I was promised when I bought my 2022 Honda Civic Certified Pre-Owned in October 2024 actually came with a secret fine print nobody bothered to tell me about. I already used one, and when I called for the second they suddenly told me, oh sorry, you’re over 12,000 miles so you don’t qualify anymore. Funny how this mileage rule was never once mentioned when I bought the car, and it’s nowhere in writing. Like, it’s an oil change. Not a free vacation to Hawaii.
