Great Experience We bought our Element here last year and had a fantastic experience. My husband called ahead upon the referral of a co-worker and spoke to a salesman. When we arrived he had most of the paperwork already done and he had the car ready to test drive. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle the paperwork went fairly quickly. Ok dealership We bought our Odessey here and had a decent experience. We haggled a bit, but it wasn't too terribly painful. Our repair experience here has been pretty favorable and we appreciate the ride they'll give us to work with an early morning drop-off.
Typical Car Dealer I went in to Planet Honda looking for a lease special advertised on Honda.com, but they told me it wasn't available. The saleslady tried to upsell me to a two-door Civic instead of a sedan, and part of her argument was that two-doors are safer for carjacking because they have less doors. I found that a little absurd, and went to another dealer that honored the lease special for the sedan.
