The customer service for this company is absolutely awful. Trying to get in touch with anyone is a nightmare. Every year they mess up the escrow disbursements which leads me to a million phone calls to correct the error. I send emails, no response. I call, I’m on the phone for over 30 min getting rerouted after clicking the correct prompt buttons. I cringe every year when it’s time for the taxes and insurance payments because it is ALWAYS messed up.
A unique seamless process where people actually know you , care , and call you back ! What a refreshing change of the typical business model.
