amazing team and great customer service
Gurvinder Dhaliwal sold us a property that he had a share in, of course we didn’t find this out till after the deal was closed. We wanted a 5 acre farm land. The property he sold us was 5 acres in which 4.5 are protected. He sold us this lot by saying that the house plans are near completion with the city (they weren’t near finished, took 3 years to get plans passed) and that the land just needs to be levelled with soil. Not a realty I would work with or I would recommend. We sold our place and Charanjit was the realtor for the buyers of our house. He requested a buyers' visit to the property and we accepted thinking that the buyers (three people in total) would show up to plan for furniture arrangement, take measurements, etc. Charanjit brought eleven people with him (three kids included) for the visit to do a "family tour" on a Saturday afternoon, without caring about our stress during the packing. Terrible experience with realtor and builder Ravinder Singh Gill. I live on the street he is building on currently and have had my tires popped TWICE due to screws being left on the street and not properly cleaned after. After calling him, he was completely condescending and saying things like “you’re a homeowner yet asking for a reimbursement” which of course I would considering it’s their fault for these damages. His company has broken our back yard fence while demolishing as well and no solutions to fix this at all. He is... read more
