We had 2 sites with Planet Friendly Storage for 4 years. The location was great, use of gate codes was super easy and quick. We felt confident in the security of our vehicles and had no issues. Communication was always fast, friendly and efficient. We highly recommend this company if you’re needing a storage facility

I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and fully gated with security cameras. Each customer gets a unique access code, which gave me extra peace of mind. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I had questions. The hours are very convenient, and the pricing is fair and transparent. The location is easy to access, with plenty of room inside the facility to maneuver larger vehicles like my camper. PFS worked with us to provide a fantastic storage spot for our RV and even extended the end of our term by a few extra days to facilitate us being able to get the rig out when our contract was up. (Thanks again Heather) We rented a storage spot from them for almost a year and a half and now that we are transitioning to full time RV living, we no longer need it (or we would continue to rent from them). Great team at Planet Friendly Storage. They went out of their way on short notice (outside opening hours) to make sure we had access and space available. Area was kept clean and accessible all year. Thank you

I stored my campervan at this facility and was very pleased with the service I received in the very beginning . They were very understanding about my circumstances ( out of province and time constraints ) They were very professional and the instructions for entering the yard etc were clear and concise . I was very pleased at their security measures and the space my van was given . There was lots of room to park and the space between parked vehicles was more than adequate .
