these guys are ripoff artists!!!! tried to screw me on a charger that cost 300 on Amazon, and 500 Ford, and was under warrantee for my 2600 miles on my 2025 f150 truck. As they denied my claim for failed charger, they also tryed to charge me 2600 plus 560 totaling $3160 on a unit under warrantee, and we went to another dealer that simply switched that out for a new one!!!!!!!!!! these guys are SNAKES!!!!!!!!!!! Very bad people, folks please take your business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I discovered there was a recall on my 2020 Ford Eco Sport (I owned less than a year.) I made an appointment with Ford's service dept to service the vehicle and honor the recall. I purchased a 2019 King Ranch F150 from Armaan Marchant at Planet Ford. This young man was very professional, kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to ensure all questions and concerns were addressed. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE. We took our vehicle there with an issue (same issue) 2 times. The very first time It took Mason Cochran at least 4 days to bring the car in for diagnostics. The car broke down the very next day (2ND time) all way in Pasadena, and we paid the wrecker $285 because Planet Ford only covered $100 of the fee.
