I had an excellent car-buying experience at Planet Ford, and a big part of that was thanks to my salesperson, Shaheryar. Planet Ford is not a trustworthy company. I was Charged $200 for a scan on a vehicle that has 25000km on it and then told me that I should ignore the faults I was receiving from my Ford app. Which were “Powertrain faults” and power was reduced. As well as telling me that the recall that showed up on my App was also not available on all vins. I was told The $200 charge that I received was reduced by the service advisor because it had such a low mileage.
