I purchased a 2019 King Ranch F150 from Armaan Marchant at Planet Ford. This young man was very professional, kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE. We took our vehicle there with an issue (same issue) 2 times. The very first time It took Mason Cochran at least 4 days to bring the car in for diagnostics. The car broke down the very next day (2ND time) all way in Pasadena, and we paid the wrecker $285 because Planet Ford only covered $100 of the fee.
