It was great until I got my daughter an account then they messed up my account and charged me late fees for them messing up my account and after they said they fixed it and wouldn't charge me anymore they kept charging me. It went from 15 dollars a month to 109 dollars from April to june and they said well its not showing up on our end so it must be your bank. Planet fitness has become such a chill environment with more consistent familiar faces. Also Robert who helped me with a simple balance exercise recomendation for a leg that's been struggling through recovery. It has made all the difference in my mobility which means the world to me.

Absolutely recommend this place 100%! We live in Granbury and are here out of town for work and we went to this planet fitness and it blows our Granbury one out of the water. This staff is very friendly and their massage chairs is high-tech up-to-date very efficient and the massage. Chair is accurate on the muscles that need to be taken care of. And have way more machines! I enjoyed it and will be going back everyday while we're here. Plus the showers are fantastic

What my trainer Jevon is really professional treat you with respect if you can't do what he asks that's fine he'll go lower on the amount of weight that he gives you goes to another machine he's very patient but we all know working out it's still not easy so you have to push. Thanks Planet Fitness make sure you keep Javon.
