It's still a planet fitness but they don't have a 30 minute room and they always have a broken massage chair.
Hands down my favorite location! The General Manager Elizabeth Leach was exceptional. She answered my million questions, advised me that anytime I had any other issues, I was free to email her & made sure I had her card before I left! Amazing customer service An employee named Jayson, answered when I called and advised me. It was best if I come in, and he would help me. He had a friendly smile and the GM and employee both greeted me immediately upon arrival. This location is very clean and always smells good.
Katie was awesome
Visiting from Sugar land Tx. Katie the assistant manager was a hero getting me set up as a guest at this location. It was a unexpected ER call to a customer. After fixing their issue they told me PF opened here. Got the workout in after all. Thank you
