Haven’t been able to use the black card spa on multiple occasions due to employees on break. Love this gym, employees are cool. Just sucks that this has occurred multiple times during different hours of the day. Sometimes I just don’t have 30 minutes to wait for a service I paid for. Also a transient came in stole two gatorades and made some female customers really uncomfortable while I was waiting on the clerk.

Came in to get a quick workout and hydro massage and there was no one at the counter so I just signed in and waited to see if I can speak to somebody about getting a hydro massage and no one showed there were other customers asking for help and there was nobody at the counter this morning Follow up I went in there this afternoon around 12:00 I talked to the kid that was there he really didn't know what to say to me he just said that they're short-staffed and the employees that are here are under the age of 20 so they really ... read more

I would have given 5 stars but the showers are not always properly cleaned. The curtains are hung back so you know it’s “clean” but lately I’m finding long black hair on the walls and the floor of the shower. The curtains need to be wiped down better. I love this PF everyone is super nice however this is my only WOP WOP WOPPPPPP. Clean the showers like it’s your shower at home.

No tienen un asesor que hable español, estuve 1 hora esperando información y el tour por el gimnasio y no fue posible, ninguno de los presentes pudo atenderme.
