I’m only leaving this because no one has still returned my call. I had made a payment on my account because I was behind, life happens. Two days later I had a late charge and another month due. But I paid it all two days earlier. Now I’ve called the gym and asked for the manager, left my phone number, and no return call. I hated interrupting the employee social gossip hour to ask why I got charged a late fee when none of my banking info changed, but it was just what I needed to join crunch fitness a minute away. Perhaps planet seems more interested in letting men use the women's restrooms.

Great PF clean, new equipment. Staff was very helpful, friendly and engaging. As a out of town visitor I was very impressed.
