This woman at the front desk is the absolute worst. I drive away when I see her working at night. Avoid her. She is miserable and has a TERRIBLE attitude. Drove 20 minutes with my Black Card Guest that I have brought before, and she said I could use the spa but my guest couldn’t, and told her to sit in the chair in the lobby until I was done.
