Myron was wonderful. He gave me a great workout without overtaxing. Myron gave great instruction on form and I got a whole body workout. I will be back to work with Myron!!!!!
Myron was fantastic. I've been with other trainers in Planet Fitness and by far he is the best. I look forward to more workouts with him on Thursdays and I love the group. I'm training with we feed off each other's energy and encourage And challenge each other. I recommend at least taking one class with MyronHope I see you at next Thursday's class
First classes with Myron. Strength and Functional. Fantastic workouts! Myron explained and demonstrated all movements to make sure I knew what to do. He adjusted when necessary, made sure to watch my form, and challenged me when he could see that I could handle it. Exactly the type of training I need! Can’t wait to come back on Thursday!!
