I like coming here but I don't trust the cleanliness. They use water in their spray bottles rather than cleaner or disinfectant. Unless it's odorless cleaner, it's just plain water. I carry my personal wipes and wipe down before using the equipment. With the way things are now, they should at least provide proper cleaning supplies. People have a false sense of safety not knowing that they are just spraying water on a paper towel to "clean" the previous person's body fluids from the equipment.

This facility must be under new ownership. I use to enjoy this facility before the pandemic. Staff was friendly, building was clean etc. Recently I received unprofessional and poor customer service when canceling my membership because of the pandemic. Staff lacks options, understanding and empathy for the customer in these trying times. I don’t see myself being a member with this planet fitness in the future.

Staff conscientious abt cleaning but not so conscientious about wearing masks. They are, however, friendly.
