Virginia is a terrible representation of your company and business location. The worst service I've ever received at a gym. I had questions about my plan and the girl continued to railroad me and speak through me. She hung up on me while I was asking her the process because she said I wasn't listening. Is that how you conduct business?? Obviously this one wasn't trained correctly on the terms of a contract or how to properly handle a dispute. This was a really nice gym when it first opened. Now it's filthy, no one cleans it except for the members themselves. There's hardly ever anyone working there and I've not been able to use my black card services more often than not

Clean facility. New feel, good wide variety. Not my home gym but will be in the area enough to visit this routinely.
