I just drove all the way here for a spray tan since they now offer that to members and recently installed the new versa spa spray tanning machine at this location… Just to be told that Seth the manager didn’t order solution and they are out of it. They were unable to let me know when I am able to come back and spray tan. They gave me the number and I’m supposed to just call everyday and ask. I've complained about this moldy air conditioner that drips all over the place next to the cardio equipment this is a health hazard and disgusting. Furthuremore, when I complained about a machine being broken the two ladies on shift ignored me and didn't put a do not use sign up right away. Good gym but the workers are getting lazy and it could lead to something dangerous like someone getting hurt or sick clean up your Co!

They added a computer system to schedule black card features that has me considering cancelling or trying to relocate. There's been a line ever since its addition and even non members are confused not knowing how or where to check in. Wouldn't be as bad if the scanner actually worked. Staff is having to take time away from cleaning (which has been noticeable, stock is now constantly gone or low after no issues since opening) and constantly apologizing for the wait. Very helpful staff, I was switched to the S Atlantic location on beach side and the staff there canceled my membership instead of transfering me to the correct one. The staff here helped me waiver the signup fee which would’ve been $70+. All of the amenities are here and many machines to choose from. So definitely choose this location if you’re between beachside and here the other one is seriously outdated aswell.
