Excellent! Staff is friendly, customers are cordial and the place is immaculate!
Came in to look into a membership and was completely ignored. Two teenage employees sat behind the desk talking to each other while we waited. They were clearly not tending to something work-related -- just talking to one another. No greeting, no offer to help...nothing. After a couple of minutes, we left. First impressions matter, and this wasn’t a good one. Won't be joining this gym.
Bathrooms always clean , always someone at the front desk for black card amenities 5 stars
I was a member for about a year and always had a good experience. Clean, well maintained facilities. Friendly staff. Today I canceled my membership due to an injury, I won’t be utilizing the membership. It was the most painless, hassle free experience I could ask for. In and out in 5 min. No arguing and holding me hostage for months! I’ll definitely be back once healed.
