Extremely rude prickish staff.
Madeline was rude and was completely useless
Horribly rude staff, Madeleine and Gary claimed I didn’t have a membership when I clearly did and showed them my phone. They laughed and barred me from entering. This place is ran by scammers.
The staff at the front are extremely rude. I came in with an account and Madelyn and Gary were not helpful when the planet fitness system wasn't showing us in the system. Instead of offering to help they just laughed at my friend and I and told us to leave.
Fantastic gym with modern machines and a clean, well-organized environment. The staff is friendly, and the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. It’s a motivating place to stay consistent with workouts and reach fitness goals. I’m very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend it.
