A situation occurred where I was yelled at by another gym member aggressively, called hurtful names repeatedly, went to staff right away, as well as a witness coming forward about the situation claiming it happened and how they were disgusted by said behaviour from this member. The situation escalated with the gym members boyfriend coming after me in front of staff and only then did they really take it seriously. I came into the gym wearing crocs (as I've done many times before). The staff at the front (Dan) told me I can't come in and told me I need to go to walmart to buy real shoes. My planned workout consisted of just using push oriented machines so I wouldn't have the risk of free weights dropping on my feet or being a hazard on a cardio machine. I asked if I could be let in just for today and I'll come in with shoes next time. He then threatened to call the police on me. I left and cancelled my membership. Worst customer servic... read more
