0 stars if i could do it... Worst customer service... Guy name migguile refuse to give 10 minutes of massage chair.... Its the 3rd time at this location that associates on front desk showed the worst attitude... according to Google maps its still open

I come almost everyday for the past month and a half, I have also been to more than one planet fitness even different times and never have I gotten such rude / attitude from staff for just asking a question? I’m not saying be fake and happy but even if I ask a question that seems common or obvious or I needed help with something because I’ve never gone to a gym constantly before this one I don’t think I should be met with you attitude and then when you go there to fix it or help me and it’s actually works or it’s fine. When reading these reviews on this place, me and my partner were very sceptical on coming in, but I see that these reviews are very wrong. When we came in we were immediately greeted by a very lovely young lady, I belive her name was Sara😇. We had her full attention with our thousands of questions about the club even with workout people coming up with requests and the phone ringing like crazy!
