Joined up 3 months ago and was quite happy with everything, went to renew my member ship as per what i already had to be told we no longer do prepaid and that it gone up plus i now have to pay an annual fee. I tried to pay with cash but they do except cash. So not only have they lost me as a client but my wife and daughter in law were about to join as well, this is just a blatant money grab and i am very disappointed, we all live local and i will be telling people to go elsewhere.
Best fitness centre around. Heaps of cardio and strength equipment and you can relax and recover afterwards on a massage chair or hydro bed.. love the place.
Solid, spaced out and didnt feel any judgement etc.
very unfair to tell me one thing over the phone and make me drive all the way there just to say a completely different thing:( also very rude passive aggressive lady that served me.
