Everytime i go there i mever have any problems. The staff is always on point. Especially Mandy! She was very helpful!
Racial profiling? New phone, can’t log in. Tanya tries to help. Tells me nothing she can’t do (not my home gym) So then it starts. I ask if I can show her a statement, Replies“i can’t, I don’t know that you are a member and I don’t feel comfortable with you at the desk.” Ok thank you. “I don’t know if your a criminal or not” Walks out, goes to car, figures out log in, walks back in, gets chair massage, leaves review. Been a member for over 4 years. Today I considered canceling. Do better dunkirk planet fitness…
Friendly staff, lots of equipment and always clean.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Due to unforeseen medical issues, I canceled my membership, only to discover later that the cancellation was never processed. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I was charged again. When I called to address the mistake, I was met with unhelpful and incredibly rude customer service.
