My husband and I go to the pf in Hartland at least 4 times a week and it’s the cleanest facility I’ve ever been in. The manager is really on top of making sure everyone wishes you a good day , they make eye contact and always cleaning. Sarah goes out of her way to make sure the bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Drew was washing windows and doors with a smile on his face. The only thing I would recommend is maybe some air fresheners in the main area because sometimes it’s musty when theirs so much traffic. If you're getting the black card anyways, sign up and pay at another location. I had a second account I was paying for and tried to cancel it. I went through all of the proper channels to cancel and was assured my cancelation was processed. This store proceeded to charge me for four months of membership and the annual fee for the second account. Additionally they somehow charged for late fees because of how my card was linked to the account in their system, even though the money was in my bank account on the due date. I was ... read more

the hartland PF is so great! machines are clean, locker rooms are well kept and the staff is so friendly and helpful! it really brightens my day when i get to speak to Sarah; she is so sweet and a great source of motivation! 🥰 keep up the good work, Hartland PF!
