I’ve been to this gym with my son 10x. He has an account. They tried to tell me he did not and to create a new account. I said okay no problem. Then tried telling me that they needed to verify he was 13 and wanted a picture of a yearbook that had his age in it or some type of school document. I’m like who brings their kids school documents with them to the gym. I’ve been a member of planet fitness for 15 years. I just canceled my membership. I absolutely completely disappointed and I’ll never use this gym again.

usually love this gym however we tried to switch my friends membership from a different location and they were very rude and said they couldn’t help us. which was weird because a week prior my mom switched hers just fine. also we called earlier that day and the guy on the phone was very polite and told us we could come in and switch it. then we get here and apparently we can’t? someone needs to teach them customer service.

The place very clean with newer machines! The staff is awsome aswell! They tend not to be talkative unless you start a conversation, which is exactly what I imagine most people like. As someone who has gone to 5+ Planet Fitness' this is the best one so far! They also have the cleanest public restrooms ever lol.
