What ever you do, don’t make the mistake of working out in the area if there’s even a chance of the “trainer” being in the area- complete JERK. Terrible attitude, rude, lack of basic professional ability. Will kick you off the equipment without explaining……just says “I’m using that”……even when there wasn’t a “class”. Then tells management he is too busy to address the issue when it’s brought to their attention- cancelled the membership on the spot. I’ll give my money to a company that actually cares about their clients.
I'm usually at the Howell location. But this Hartland location is great! It so new, and has so much more room than Howell. And it was so much less busy than Howell would be. I'll be back for sure
Great place for a good workout clean and no waiting for machines.
Joe in Hartland,MI runs a great class. Hes kind, attentive yet firm and pushy! All ypu could hope for in an instructor.
