This place is getting a full remodel and an addition! New and more spacious black card area and new locker rooms! Due to open up mid January 2017
Staff not very friendly and the ab area seemed like an after thought it was so small and crowded.

Just signed up here, hope it's a good work out gym and not a muscle head one.. Cardio here I come!
Do NOT buy the Mix1 after workout drink. It has Lactic Acid in it! YEP-the very thing we want OUT of our muscles! Wow.....:-) :-) :-)
If you buy a Rage or Redline-only drink half!
Lift heavy things.
