Virginia weather was good
Been a member for years and recently working out at Hamilton Mall location. Work out 3 to 4 days a week and staff, Chris and Mike are Great! Wish they were still open 24/7 or at least till 12 midnight.
So I usually go to the EHT PF but today I went to mays landing. I only go during the day time and I can tell you the EHT staff are so much more welcoming and helpful! The minute I walked into May landing location I saw a heavy set Hispanic employee with long curly hair shift was 10 am time st front desk. This woman did not greet us and she acted like she didn’t want to greet me or assist my guests requiring special assistance. Why not run AC in the summer, but in the fall you have it blasting… no airflow and hotter inside than out.
Is very clean and the staff is always nice and respectful .
