This location has minimum amenities and not a great black card experience. I traveled to the East coast and the difference was night and day! I went to locations that felt like high dollar spas. I'd give this one a C because employees are nice...that's where it ends. Update: I did let them know that my reasons for coming here are to tan and for the hydromassage. The hydromassage chairs are always broken...again today, and only 1 of the others are working. Canceling my membership. I can work out anywhere.
This is the first planet fitness that cut locks and removed all of my stuff from the locker. Ive been to several in Texas and never encountered this issue before. I dont know how this particular Planet Fitness enforces this arbitrary rule, but i know i had locks on the lockers for several days before they decided to enforce this policy. There are always a bunch of open lockers at this location. I wasn't preventing anyone from being able to use a locker. Everyone read ALL THE Reviews and then go to front desk and ask for a number to contact the owner ..See what response you get feom people behind the front desk lmao .. This place is nothing more than for a Romper room meeting area for kids and their smack talk . Unless you go their at 4 in the morning ..I'm guessing there . I won't ever go back .
