This facility location has went down tremendously since it initially opened. Alot of the machines are either not functioning properly or out of order altogether and no one seems concerned about fixing the issues. As for the cleanliness, it could definitely use some work, especially where the locker rooms are concerned.

When to cancel my membership three weeks ago. Manager wasn't ther, the associate left her a message to call me. Three weeks went by. I went back to speak with the manager about resent drafts from my account. Then she caught a attitude with me, saying I know how to do my. Telling me I can't cancel my subscription from the app on my phone. I told her it's canceled. She couldn't pull it either, but she knows her job. She had to go to the computer and then said yes you are canceled. She looks lazy and doesn't want to do nothing.
