I’m not sure who the new dread headed manger woman / man is but it takes their job so serious how do you pull me off the stairs because of the photos on the account ? Talking about sharing accounts when it could’ve waited till after my workout it’s 6 am and you’re so pressed when good customer service you should’ve waited or been at the front when I checked in, if you going to be so anal about your job at 6am then make sure your at the front watching people check in for some “over taking accounts” so I’m deactivating my plan... read more

3 stars just because the staff seemed okay, facilities were decently clean, and everything was maintained fairly well. I like that they have a few open weight racks in addition to the standard Smith machines. Price is good. All of that doesn't help when the gym is way too small for a Columbia MD sized location. I've been to Planet Fitness gyms in much smaller towns with more equipment and space. I've never been to a planet fitness where there isn't a single open treadmill. Staff won't let you get a quick tour or look around before signing up or using someone's guest pass. Absolutly wild for a mid gym. Added pics since everytime i come in this is the new normal. Staff is more interested in playing on their phones to even greet members. Wild.

Worst planet fitness. Hair everywhere in the bathroom and they forced me to sit inside with my guest while they used the facilities. I’ve never been forced to do this at any other planet fitness I’ve been to. The women working the front desk were so rude and condescending also.
