The gym was busy and dirty. The staff were cleaning but just didn't seem to make a difference. The gym was also very poorly lit making it harder to see.
As a military veteran who served this country, I was subjected to a vile racial slur (the N-word) by a front desk staff member at this location, right in front of other customers. I recorded clear video proof of the incident and immediately reported it.Instead of taking accountability, GM Tony Touch and Regional Manager Pam completely ignored the matter. Won’t update there phone message from over 2 months when they were shut down for 1day so no one will answer the phone I’ve called 4 times. Ridiculous!
