It is ridiculously crowded! This gym needs another floor with more machines, not enough space for this location . And it’s not even 24 hour it claimed it would be when they first opened ! False advertising
Planet Fitness as a whole is terrible when it comes to their "judgment-free" motto. I had a real experience at the Fresh Meadows location where I was targeted after leaving an honest review. It’s like the staff saw themselves as part of the board of directors, acting like shareholders of the company, saw the review, and decided to take it personally.
