The staff here is nice and friendly but sad to see that 30-40% of the treadmills have not worked here since the beginning of the year and there seems to be no urgency to fix them
The gym and the people are great, but the music is so damn loud that I can't even hear my own earbuds that are wedged in my ears...
Extremely disappointed. Went to the gym yesterday at 10:45 am and dealt with this very rude woman at the front desk. Completed my workout and then checked in to use the hydro massage chairs. Went into the black card area noticed someone was there and turned back around only to be scolded by the woman at the front desk. “You can’t just go in there, you have to wait for me tell you it’s ok!!!” I apologized saying I didn’t know even after being a member here for years.
