Brand new equipment
The staff often seem more focused on other tasks than helping members. I’ve found myself waiting while employees walk by without acknowledging that assistance is needed. It comes across as unprofessional, and it’s one of the main reasons I avoid this location whenever possible.

I was trying to learn about my pf black membership and how could I use massage chairs . The blonde women at the counter was rude and told me I can't get around her even tho I was willing to open another black membership for my friend . Was very rude did not want to inform me more about it or make a sale for another membership ....
