Stair machine only has two working units. Consistently out of order with no urgency to fix. Men’s restroom only has one working bathroom stall.

People here are amazing, encouraging, well mannered. Always willing to help others. Always cleaning the premises. This place is one of few, not many, I always see clean and or cleaning. Day crew is really nice Arlene Elba nice people (I think that's their name) might crew also nice People Adan is one person that stands out... always with a smile and greeting people. His Co workers are also good people. I wish all gyms were as cool as this one but hey... so far this gym stands out. Keep up the good work guys.

I normally enjoy going to Planet Fitness, but one employee made my experience very unpleasant. They were unfriendly from the moment I approached the front desk and acted like I was bothering them for asking simple questions. Instead of being helpful or professional, they came across as rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. Customer service is a big part of creating a welcoming gym environment, and unfortunately this employee did not reflect that.
