Honestly some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered overall. There’s two nice ones that actually make you feel welcome. The small girl with the glasses and the tanned taller young guy. The rest? Always miserable. I LOVE the gym itself and the people who go there are respectful. But coming from a strong customer service background the attitudes would not fly anywhere I’ve worked let alone a “non judgement” gym. Honestly makes me not even want to come back. The AC is currently gone too which is a major bummer.
Fix de AC. it's criminal 1 week and a half with no ac or even put more fans till you guys can fix that thing.
So they not fixing the AC because a new storm is coming, make sense
