Great place to work out
This location is good for the price. Wish this location would upgrade like some of the other locations though. Such as 24 hours,spray tans,more equipment and even a woman's only area would be clutch.
I’ve been a member for over three years and generally like Planet Fitness. The gym is clean and the environment is good. However, I’m very disappointed with their billing policy. The app allows you to add a backup payment method, but instead of using it immediately when the primary payment fails, they wait and then charge a $20 late fee. This feels unfair and misleading, since the purpose of a backup account is to avoid these issues. I also emailed about this and never received a response. Pros: Very affordable, staff are friendly, enough parking. Cons: fountain water undrinkable, probably have not changed any filter for years. Shower water always have problems. Don't think they have any professional plumbers maintaining it.
