This Planet fitness is loud dirty and the machines are often out of order.I often have to wait to get on a machine. Machines need to bee updated
Absolutely appalling experience at the Natick location. I was denied entry because my shoes allegedly didn't meet their policy. I would have accepted this, but right after, I watched the staff allow another member—a white woman—to walk in and work out wearing Crocs. When I tried to point out this blatant double standard and question why open-toed Crocs were perfectly fine for her but my shoes were an issue for me, they didn't even try to explain. I'd rather go to Marlborough or Shrewsbury locations, Bigger places , More machines, Bright not dark,small, and fewer machines like this one...
This gym in Natick is an absolute disgrace—starting with the staff. Some of the employees are completely unprofessional, displaying a truly unprofessional attitude. Another issue: one day, I arrived to take a shower at the gym and immediately noticed snickering and lewd glances coming from the front desk.
