Always great. Staff are very helpful.
This chick working there, Ingred I think, was very rude. Sitting with her feet up in front of 6 different customers. We all waited at least 20 minutes. Go to a different gym, or at least a different planet fitness.
Ingrid was there ruined my day she was telling me to wait for 15 minutes for her paid break and told us to not interrupt her if not she will restart her break Ingrid was completely unprofessional did not let me get my gains in my muscles were sad no pump! #ingirdruinpumps #nopumpday #sadgymday #makeplanetfitnessgreatagain #fireingrid
Probably had the most unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had at any planet fitness I’ve been too. You guys need to get rid of Ingrid or maybe send her back through training. There was a long of 6 people waiting almost 20 minutes for her as she was sitting in the front of the gym on her phone with headphones on. She was super rude to everyone that was waiting and then proceeded to tell us she didn’t have to help any of us and if she wanted to she could of had us waiting for as long as she wanted.
