I have been a black card member from several years ago with my wife, then we changed to individual membership; then recently we changed again (wife to hold black card) and an employee (Alexis if I remember correctly) was very helpful with the process and today we came and paid the difference, helped by another employee (Serafim) who was very helpful as well. Excellent 5star services by them.

Planet Fitness. This is a fantastic gym! I’ve been to many gym’s and this one is the best. Equipment is clean, working and looks new. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are friendly. Best thing is the place is so big so I didn’t feel intimidated by being close to people and in a busy gym. If you want a place to work out with all the features including the black card spa and classes and want a friendly gym where you don’t feel the intimidating nature of some 24/7 gyms this is the place to go. Youjust can't beat the value of this gym. So cheap and it's got enough equipment to get a good workout. Admittedly, it's not the cleanest and the toilets aren't in great shape, but this isn't the gym's fault, rather it's the fault of a few degenerate members who treat the facilities poorly. The atmosphere is good and very inclusive, with all types of people attending. I had very bad experience with them. I just tried to attend a group class that I was a bit late and was refused then I doubted why they could do this before and I still got refused. Then I went to do my own workout. Then they spread a rumor about me said that I recorded them which scared them so I needed to leave on that day. Actually I didn't record anything or anyone. Best gym ever! The staff are always very welcoming and friendly when you enter or exit. The trainers are awesome, super helpful, always friendly and push you to achieve your goals. I love the classes, I have some physical limitations with some exercises but the trainers are always there to guide me with an exercise I can do instead. Highly recommend
