Friendly staff, clean equipment and restrooms
It's good for cardio and light- weights. For even semi-serious strength gains, look elsewhere.
Cool little gym just wish they had dumbbells heavier than 75lbs or a true set of bench press racks and would switch out a couple of the smith machines for squat rack.
Staff is great. Equipment clean. Other patrons friendly. Lafayette is eye candy. LOL
Best staff, best gym equipment, best price, and for me it's the best location.
Be careful, if you go black they charge you $40 to go back to a regular account.
