This is the opposite of everything a planet fitness is supposed to be about. Loud and disruptive behavior is allowed. No rules are enforced. Even when it's busy, they allow people to superset and take 2 to 3 machines at a time. The crowd meter will tell you it's only a little busy but when you get there it's actually full and there are no machines available.
