I visited Planet Fitness in Wonderland, Revere this morning for a workout, and afterward, I went to use the massage chairs. I was the only person in that area, so I politely asked if the TV could be turned off. To my surprise, I was told that staff needed the manager’s permission to do so. Night shift that work from 11 pm the 2 girls not professional and not focused at all with the costumer they just focus to talk to the Spanish members and laugh and not working as they have to

Today, September 12, 2025, at 3:45 PM, Wonderland planet fitness. I had a bad experience with a woman at the register. She was very rude and had a lot of attitude. She needs more training on how to treat customers. She's rude and despotic. They should be more careful when hiring service staff. I've been a Planet Fitness member for over 17 years and I've never had such an uncomfortable experience.
