I go in at lunch time and do my time in the gym then back to work. It is close by and meets my needs for a work out and relaxation. I could not ask for more. I do think there should be more reminders though for the users to clean and wiped after themselves, however, staff are great!
The gym is big, conveniently located and has hours to accommodate almost any schedule. Definitely recommend!
