I'm editing my 4ewiv on April 4 2026, I'm been a loyal customer since planet fitness opened for business,but I noticed a lack of cleaning , equipment is full of dust underneath,trash cans are full,no paper or hand sanitizer on walls, smells,the new staff always talking & talking at lobby area, making fun of people,very immature actitud,end of story NEW STAFF IS NOT DOING THE JOB, I REMEMBER GYM WAS ALWAYS CLEAN BEFORE, BUT WELL HOPE MY REVIEW HELP THE OWNERS!

It’s sad because the gym floor is amazing. The only and the biggest issue here is the cleanness. The mens restroom is dirty, smelly, the floor is sticky. It’s just disgusting.

I love working out here as well as almost every staff member except ONE. She always gives me trouble with tanning she says it’s protocol to ask to see my goggles before tanning and then other days does not ask or care. Today she asked me if I had them and of course it’s the one day I forgot them and I just planned to do less than 5 mins in the standing and that’s it but she makes me buy tanning goggles for almost $3 each and it’s crazy you get them for free other places.
