I’ve been going here for a couple of months now, and it’s been a great place to get back into my gym routine. However, last week I began to develop a sore on my face that is likely a staph infection called impetigo. I know it’s a gym, and there’s always a risk of getting this infection at a gym as it is quite common and very contagious. I also know that the gym DOES clean equipment regularly as I usually see employees cleaning while I am there. I had a membership here for 3ish years (cancelled a few months ago and came back about two weeks ago). The staff is always really nice and the gym itself is clean, but they’ve recently stopped allowing you to carry a gym bag of any kind while working out. I wasn’t told this when I signed up and was told mid workout that it’s not allowed anymore? I carry an inhaler, straps and other attachments during my workout, so I just find the policy insane. The place is clean and the staff are nice, however, I will never visit again. Night parking in the well lit parking lot. Back window of my car was busted out. Security was sitting in car 200 ft away. Security only covers the Floor and Deck parking area and not Planet Fitness. Police were called. Hopefully camera caught something.

Corporate management fails to maintain the few stair masters they have on site. They are overused and always breaking down.. Also the water refill is always down. Response : it's not the fault of club management.. They are not in charge of purchasing equipment.. That's a corporate responsibility according to them.
