I have brought cleanliness issues to the manager several times and there has been no change. They are constantly out of toilet paper in the womens bathroom and the pink mold in the showers are so gross.I go right after opening but the equipment is still in disarray from the day before. I have complained at least 4 times with pictures to the manager and I got the standard apology and promise to do better.
Gym is maintained well but customer service is lacking. Half the time I go to the front desk for something no one is there
I haven't been to the Planet Fitness in Delran in years. I went lastweek and again today 5/17/26 at 8 am this morning. It was filthy! First, the ladies room was so smelly with an overflowing trash can. Secondly, so many lost forgotten, or not discarded water bottles from the day before. Third, that big yellow room was a mess. Benches, DB'S, and KB's all out of place. Every plate loaded machine had a bunch of plates on them! If it wasn't for me wanting to use the plate loaded glute machine, I would have left.
