Me and my wife canceled our membership 2 months ago , yet they still charged my wife for it after the cancellation process was performed. When I spoke to the manager he said that there was no proof of cancellation and to cancel it this month. Horrible service and experience with this company. Stop hiring college students and hire a professional with experience at hand from a reputable company.
