They have almost all new exercise equipment here at Guilford location. Also 3 or 4 private shower booths, many lockers to secure your stuff and except for Sat & Sunday they're open till 10:00 pm. Sat - Sun till 7 pm, but Fridays only till 9:00 pm.
As far as a gym goes, for the most part this Planet Fitness can be classified as a gym. There’s about 20 treadmills, 5 or so ellipticals, a few bikes, 4 smith machines, around 8 benches and 2 sets of dumbbells (one going up to 75 and the other to 45). There’s also a large selection of machines and a “30 minute” workout area. The employees were respectful and attentive. That’s about all I can positively say about this gym. Place is maintained well, very friendly staff, plenty of parking, clean environment, equipment is in good shape but A few times I have seen equipment break and it takes weeks to repair.
